This is a floral liqueur with blossoms of Ugni Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Folle Blanche and Sauvignon Blanc. The blossoms are picked in Cognac, France in the month of June when they're in bloom.
The petals are macerated in neutral grape alcohol and each infusion is pot still distilled, then blended with a little sugar to create this beautiful liqueur.
