In honour of our Scottish roots and Canada's proud whisky traditions, we follow the 9.090% rule - weaving in a young, rich, bready and fruity single malt, selected by her great-great-grandaughter, Michelle Ranu at Anohka Distillery, to complete the blend. The result is a finish longer than a norther winter's night.
