Details
- Tastings begin at the stated time, and doors will open 10 minutes prior.
- Tastings typically run about 90 minutes in duration.
- Most tastings are accompanied with charcuterie and light snacks.
House Rules
- Please arrange for sober transport.
- Due to regulations, additional samples cannot be provided to attendees before or after the tasting event.
- We ask that you kindly avoid the use of perfumes and fragrances on the evening of a tasting.
Cancellations
Up to 24 hours before the event, we can exchange your ticket for store credit equivalent to the ticket price. Although tickets cannot be cancelled after that period, they can be transferred at no penalty whatsoever - just email us at info@kegncork.com to advise.
Whisky tastings 'to-go'
Contact us at info@kegncork.com if you are a designated driver, or are otherwise unable to sample the whiskies on the evening of the tasting, and we may be able to arrange for a 'to-go' tasting kit to be provided for you, for the price of a ticket to the event plus a marginal fee. These must be confirmed a minimum of 3 days prior to the event.
Cask Origins Whisky Tasting
On Friday, October 18th at 7pm, join Dave for a sampling of whiskies and their cask origins. Ever wondered what Madiera tastes like and the flavours a Madiera cask imparts on a whisky?
Come explore these whiskies and what makes them special from their barrel aging!
Aperitivos & Digestifs
On Friday, November 1st at 7pm, join Tanis to try some fun alternatives to dessert for the holidays. Looking for something with a lower alcohol to help make the preparation of your holiday meal a little more festive? Looking to try a new vermouth? How about an amaro when you just can't look at another slice of pie? It also aids in digestion! Best of all, there's a whole world to explore. It's not just blueberry tea anymore, friends!
Christmas In November
Stand up tasting festival for charity
On Saturday, November 23rd, join the Keg N Cork staff and some of our favourite friends for our annual stand up tasting of wine, spirits, beer and more! This year, we're fundraising for Zoe's Animal Rescue Society so your $30 ticket will translate to a $10 donation and $20 to put toward any purchase of $20 or more. From 1 to 4pm, we will have fun people pouring even better drinks to sip and enjoy. Looking for a new favourite? We just might have it. Light snacks will be provided but please ensure you've had a proper meal and have a safe ride home. This is also a scent free event, so please avoid perfume/colognes/scented lotions. Only 60 tickets available! Purchase yours before it sells out!
