Straddling the border between Napa Valley and Sonoma County, Los Carneros is a low altitude growing region, and the Pinot Noir grapes benefit from cool breezes coming in from San Pablo Bay.
With notes of dark cherry, plum, and a hint of vanilla, this wine has a smooth and velvety finish that is both elegant and satisfying.
Pair with Bresaola, Valençay goat cheese, salmon, and roasted poultry.
