A new charred oak barrel that held bourbon for over four years was dumped and filled with Sherry and aged outdoors for three Winters & three Summers. In this well-seasoned barrel, we rest Bowel Hill Bourbon giving further depth, complexity, and flavor to our award-winning whiskey.
