From the Distiller:
Joseph Cartron only uses wild blackberries, the only ones with real taste power. The selected fruits give our Crème de Mûre a great density of fruit as well as a beautiful persistence in the mouth.
To the eye: deep ruby colour with a slightly bluish young disc. Dense leg.
Nose: fresh and with a beautiful aromatic power. Beautiful perception of the fruit without any evolution. Beautiful notes of sweetness.
On the palate: the attack is pure and syrupy. The texture is balanced. Aromatic power and good persistence, the fruit is very dense. The retro-olfaction confirms the nose. Spicy finish with notes of sweet spices.
