Named after Baroness Varvàra Wrangler, this super Tuscan is a fantastic expression of Bolgheri. It offers deep, dark fruit, tobacco and baking spices that linger on the finish next to it’s bright tannins and prominent acidity. It pairs nicely with braised or roasted red meat, Bolognese pasta dishes, Funghi pizza, as well as grilled mushroom dishes. Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, this wine can be enjoyed today or in a few years!
