Appearance: A golden yellow color.
Nose: Notes of jam, sweet spices and delicate woody notes with a touch of vanilla.
Palate: The attack is delicate and elegant. The development is fruity and round, with a woody, slightly spicy finish.
Serving: Leyrat Assemblage n°1 can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.

The Chez Milliard estate, situated in the Fins Bois, has developed quite a reputation for producing standalone single estate Cognacs of superior quality. This one is the Leyrat Assemblage No.1, that has come about as a result of a rigorous selection process of eaux-de-vie.
A great Cognac for bartenders, it is easy drinking and has notes of brown sugar, marzipan, orange peel spice and summer fruits.
What makes this estate so special? The 90 hectares of vineyards are primely located on top of a hill, with an optimum limestone subsoil that creates a unique type of eaux-de-vie that are simultaneously fine and elegant. Founded by the Domaine Francis Abecassis, they are best known for their single estate Cognacs.

Eye: Golden shimmery tones.
Nose: Sweet notes of vanilla and brown sugar.
Palate: Marzipan and summer fruits such as orange peel. The finale is nutty with sweet spice.
