Made with Alberta-harvested barley and clear water - eau claire - drawn from Mount Rae's pristine Sheep River with high altitude Rockies maturation giving us the Angels Gift of amplified flavour.
The unique character of our whisky is a taste of the unique character of out Turner Valley home. We are embracing our difference to lead a global renaissance of premium Canadian whisky. Eau Claire uses Rocky Mountain glacier water flowing limestone-clear only 20 minutes from the distillery, and local soil-rich Alberta Prairie barley - the envy of distillers worldwide - sometimes harvested by teams of Percheron horses in the old cowboy ways.
We mature our whisky in the only traditional 'Dunnage' style system in Alberta, more than 4.000 feet above sea level in a unique microclimate that brings flavour faster and provides what we call the Angel's Gift.
From farm to glass, and Turner Valley to the world.
