From the winery:
Two pure wines bred on the slopes of Etna, born from the desire to interpret the volcanic soil with the style and sustainable approach of Baglio di Pianetto. With a lashing minerality and strong scents, these wines are always versatile in combinations.
After careful manual selection of the grapes, fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperatures for about 10 days. Aging takes place in large barrels for 12 months with a subsequent passage in steel before bottling.
