Fernet Hunter Cacao is a unique take on a classic Italian bitter that is crafted in collaboration with Bar Leone. This spirit utilizes cacao husks from Conspiracy which originate from Vietnam's Dark Lake hills. Nurtured and fermented by a skilled farmer-fermenter, these cacao husks are roasted to perfection in Hong Kong and later infused in Fernet Hunter's botanicals in Brunnwald, creating a bold yet balanced bitter liqueur with a rich dark chocolate note.
