It starts its journey as Wheated Straight Bourbon, meticulously distilled by Long Island Spirits using locally farmed grains from the North Fork of Long Island, New York. The Bourbon is then elegantly finished in 10-Year Old Brandy French Oak Casks, the was pot distilled by Long Island Spirits using local Pinot Noir & Chardonnay grapes. The extended aging period in these rare brandy casks, combined with the maritime climate of the Long Island Sound bluffs, results in a uniquely complex and exceptional Bourbon.
