The cask came from A famous distillery in Islay, Scotland where it was used to age peated Scotch whiskey. Sent to Panama and filled with 10 year old rum.

For Peat’s Sake. Peat is a beast that people either embrace or shy away from. This beast is tamed by our rum but still rears its head. Picking these barrels was definitely not the norm and is an expression you’ll never forget.
