53% malted rye and 47% malted barley. It is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and matured at InchDairnie Distillery in Fife.
The name RYELAW comes from the nearby Ryelaw farm. Ryelaw is the only whisky in the world which is made using rye and distilled in a Lomond Hill Still. The rye gives this whisky a tantalising peppery spiciness while the years of maturation in the new charred oak ads further laywers of vanills sweetness and mature oakiness.
