The arrival of the new millennium brought us tech innovations, celebrity glamour, and this J.P. Wiser's 24 Year Old Canadian Whisky, perfected in Ontario. Technology radically advanced whisky making, allowing us to perfect an already sublime liquid, and let time do the rest. Slowly matured against multiple casks, transforming into an elegant drop, true to J.P. Wiser's spirit, yet capturing the essence and optimism of the dawn of a new era.
Flavour: Copper, green apple, ripe cherry, vanilla spice, baked rye bread and soft leather.
