The design centers around the concept of "fusion," showcasing the perfect combination of four distinct cask types. The oak grain is represented in four unique colors, each with its own character, yet harmoniously blending together. The overall design embraces a minimalist and elegant white palette, highlighting the tranquility and understated beauty that come with the passage of time.
Introducing Kavalan's inaugural 15-year-old single malt whisky, a tribute to the subtropical essence of Taiwan, inspired by the island's vibrant tropical fruit aromas. Aged in hand-selected ex-Bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks, Ruby port barrels, and Puncheons, this whisky is crafted in small batches to achieve a harmonious blend, unveiling a rich bouquet and layered complexity. On the palate, it delivers a robust profile with notes of caramel, chocolate, and candied fruits, complemented by hints of toffee and dried fruits, culminating in delicate citrus aromas and a warm embrace of woody spices.

Flavour: Captivating aromas of caramel apple mousse, fresh chocolate, walnut cinnamon rolls, and creamy popcorn, intertwined with subtle hints of dried tangerine peel and plum. The finish reveals the sweetness of toffee and black date fruit, evoking a warm, indulgent sweetness.
Palate: Lush citrus aromas of bergamot, lemon, orange, and grapefruit dance with the sweet whispers of dried cranberries, raisins, and longan, unfolding into velvety notes of dark chocolate gelato and caramel walnut coffee mousse. The finish lingers with the comforting warmth of woody cinnamon spice.
