From the Winery:
This wine has evolved perfectly presenting an intense ruby color with light tile edges. Its nose is persistent, showing a lot of fruit, mainly dominated by Tempranillo, and its development in the mouth is round, full-bodied, smooth and fine and persistent.
Tempranillo (80%), Garnacho (15%), Mazuelo and Graciano (the rest), from our own vineyards.
Barrel Ageing: Barrel: 5 years, subjected to 2 rackings per year, handmade. Clarified with fresh egg whites.
Bottle Ageing: Rest, bottled unfiltered, in bottles of 75 cl.
