From the Distillery:
Nose : Elegant and balanced profile of wood, allspice and fruits, a nice mixture of honey, orange blossom, black currant, coconut and vanilla . Then it evolves on banana, apricot and nuts with some flowery notes.
Palate : Rich, first sips show some varnish, pineapple and plum cake. The next ones are even fruitier with hints of sour cherry and gooseberry with delicate rose petals balanced by more peppery notes.
