From the Winery:
This extraordinary 1976 Port wine was born during one of the hottest and driest years in 20th-century Europe. With meticulous care, it fermented in granite vats and aged for nearly 50 years in chestnut wood barrels. Today, it offers a harmonious and intricate palate, with notes of creme brulee, nuts, spices, and citrus, that will surely tantalize your taste buds and leave a lasting impression.
Colour: Light brick, green edge

Palate: The palate of this port wine is skillfully balanced, exhibiting exceptional precision and a complex array of flavors. The initial taste is sweet, followed by a pleasant acidity that balances the sweetness perfectly. As you continue to sip, you'll notice the subtle presence of spices, which gradually intensify, culminating in a remarkably long and spicy aftertaste. Additionally, notes of creamy creme brulee re-emerge, adding to the wine's overall richness and complexity.
