Discover Vancouver Island's new Sanctuary Signature Single Malt Whisky. Produced from locally grown barley that is malted on site, and then matured in a combination of Bourbon, Red Wine, and Phillips Beer casks. Inspired by the coastal forests of Vancouver Island – shaped by wood and water – it honours tradition with a uniquely Canadian coastal character, capturing the rugged beauty and elemental forces of its home.
Aged 5-9 years
Produced from 100% BC grown barley.
Malted, mashed, fermented, and distilled on site.
Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, wine, and Phillips beer casks.
