Tasting note from distillery:
Caramel, buttery notes and dried fruits come through, none of which dominate the flavour.
One the nose, this batch has notes of boiled fruit sweets, think pineapple cubes.
The palate also has flavours of toffee, fruit sweets and black pepper, leading to a long, sweet finish with some pepper.
