Distilled by second-generation master Usami Tatsuya, this single malt is aged in a hand-selected trio of casks: Bourbon, Sherry, and Hogshead. Nose: A mix of vanilla, peach, dark chocolate, and cacao, lifted by mango and soft smoky notes. Mizunara oak adds a smooth, earthy depth to the aroma.
Palate: Smooth on the palate, with notes of vanilla and honey in a soft texture. Gentle bourbon warmth and mild spice slowly appear.
Finish: A rich and woody finish with hints of toasted oak and light bitterness, leaving a balanced and lasting impression.
