Alcohol products that are purchased from KegnCork.com are sold in Alberta – thus ownership title passes to the buyer in Alberta. KegnCork.com makes no representation to the legal rights of purchasers to import alcohol into any province outside of Alberta. It is solely the purchaser who is responsible for the shipment or importation of alcoholic products. By placing an order with, the purchaser acknowledges that arrangements to ship alcoholic product(s) out of Alberta are being undertaken at the request of, and under the direction of the purchaser and that the purchaser accepts all responsibility for all costs (including but not limited to taxes or tariffs imposed by regulatory authorities) associated with the transmission of the product.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We are unable to cover any losses or damages that may occur through third-party couriers. We always do our absolute best to make sure your order is very well packaged, but once the package leaves our warehouse, KegnCork.com is no longer liable.
KegnCork.com does not recommend shipping any low alcohol products (sake, liqueurs, beers, wines, etc.) during the winter months. If you submit an order containing any low alcohol products, you will be contacted by a member of our team with the options available to you.
Returns Policy
We can accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of purchase, when accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return based on the condition of the bottle & packaging. Any product with altered packaging cannot be accepted for return. All sale items are final sale.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, provided they meet our conditions for return.
