Tasting Notes:
Nose: Immediately bright sea breeze, iodine from washed up sea weed on the shore, charred wood from the end of a beach bonfire.
Palate: Punchy smoke fights to the front of your palate, bringing jalapeno brine, green chillies and a mouth puckering sweetness to shelter you from this Islay storm.
Finish: Lots of soot covered juicy pears, it’s tongue coating and leaves a long smokey finish.
