Tasting Notes:
Nose: We start with a lovely warming oak spice and stewed fruits. There’s also honey topped warm oatmeal too, it’s lovely and warming.
Palate: A mouthcoating texture with lot of clove and nutmeg on a homebaked fruitcake. It’s a richer texture than we expected.
Finish: A long warming finish, with creamy vanilla ice cream and malted milk biscuits.
