The tasting notes above are what we get when we drink this whisky, though, in truth we struggled to find two people who gave the same tasting notes. From toasted nori to spearmint, sun tanning lotion to cedar wood and cinnamon to tropical fruit. This unique bottling should have a lot for whisky enthusiasts interested in exploring this newly accessible Brazilian Amburana cask, recently available to whisky distilleries.

Moutfeel: Not thin but not very oily either. Mouthwatering, slightly drying.
Nose: Cinnamon, baking spices, cedar, ginger and vanilla.
Palate: Cinnamon candies, nutmeg, winter spices, ginger, camphorous cedar, lemon zest, hints of vanilla.
Finish: Friendly Canadian cinnamon hug finish. Medium to long.
