The gin gets its deep colour from an infusion with butterfly pea flower, while maintaining a classic gin profile. Try it with your favourite tonic and watch the colours change! Chemistry at work has created a fun and versatile gin for martini's or mixing cocktails.
Floral, citrus and classic juniper notes lead the way in this contemporary style gin.
Displaying a rich blue colour from the infusion with Butterfly Pea Flower, watch the gin turn pink/fuchsia with the addition of an acid: Lemon juice, tonic water etc.
