Our High Proof Blanco 96 captures the true essence of Yéyo at a higher proof. By skipping added water, we preserve the tequila’s full depth of aromas and flavors. During fermentation, we incorporate 5% agave fibers to enhance richness and complexity.
Vibrant layered tropical & bright citrus notes. Sweet, cooked agave complemented by earthy minerality & a gentle warmth of cinnamon & white pepper. Fruity undertones mingle with refreshing spearmint leading to along buttery & spicy finish.
