Admiral Vernon’s Old J Spiced Rum is a premium spirit made with Caribbean rum from Trinidad and Barbados. Blended with spices, sweet vanilla and Persian lime, it took over sixty trials before the right mix of ingredients was found and the smooth and spicy flavour profile was born.

With a well-rounded taste of spice and toffee, the original Old J is best enjoyed when simply served over ice with coke or ginger beer and a couple of fresh lime wedges. For an extra kick of citrus, you should drag a lime around the top of the glass before serving.

APPEARANCE:

Clear, coppery amber

AROMA:

Lime Cordial, cream soda, vanilla, fudge and toffee with lime marmalade, cinnamon, nutmeg and faint clove.

TASTE:

Burnt caramel, vanilla ice cream, buttery toffee popcorn and cinnamon spice. Lingers of burnt toffee spice black pepper, star anise and cloves.
