From the Distiller:
Nose: Intense presence of tropical fruit, typical of Papalometl, reminiscent of banana, mango and the exoticism of jackfruit. Volatile aromas evoking acetone. Fine mineral and graphite notes. Light fermentative aromas typical of tepache (traditional pineapple drink).
Palate: Subtly spicy entry with flavors of green chilies, alluding to peppers and serranos. Herbaceous notes and green banana contributed by the Espadín. Again, the tropical fruit of Papalometl predominates. Presence of honey and caramel. Medium-long persistence, in the mouth we will find, without a doubt, a mezcal with a sweet sensation.
