This Canadian Baijiu was first commissioned to mark Chinese Year of the Ox in 2021.
Did you know that Baijiu is said to be the most consumed spirit in the world, but only a small amount is found outside China? We made this Canadian take on Baijiu by using all local grains!
Tasting Notes: Aromas of roasted grains. The palate provides a nice balanced harmony between smoothness, sweetness and nuttiness. The warm finish brings it home. Ganbei!

Still: Custom-designed traditional Copper Pot Still
Base: 60% Taber Corn, 32% Penhold Malted Barley, 8% Penhold Wheat
Distillation: Small-batch, 2x distilled
Without additives or chill filtration.
