Harnessing the often overlooked wheat in the whisky-making world, we wanted to experiment with a Brandy barrel finish.
Made with 80% Red Spring Wheat and 20% Barley from Penhold, Alberta. This Wheat Whisky has been aged for 42 months in both a virgin charred American white oak barrel and our once used French Limousin Toasted Moscato Brandy barrel.
