From the Distillery:
Single Pot Still Whisky is made by a single distillery from a mixed mash of malted and unmalted barley distilled in a Pot Still. Raw & Malted Barley and Oats are part of this special Whisky’s grain bill. This Single Pot Still Whisky has been distilled 3 times and aged in different casks (American oak, French oak, new and used).
Tasting Notes: Orchard fruits on the nose, particularly apple and pear. Subtle sweetness lingering.The palate is floral, sweet and delicate with a great thick mouthfeel. Hints of baked spices.The finish linger and reveal a hint of sherry.

Base: 58% Penhold Malted Barley, 30% Penhold Raw Barley, 12% Penhold Malted Oats
Distillation: Small-batch, 3x distilled
Without additives, colouring or chill filtration.
