Tasting Notes: This whiskey offers aromas of menthol, cherry-vanilla, and a small bit of chalk. Red Vines and grapefruit juice dominate the flavor, with sweetgrass emerging through the rich and caramelly whiskey body. The finish ends with more grapefruit and sour apple.
Production Details: This release was a collaboration with our friends at Arette Tequila. This release started as our Five Malt recipe that was matured for 28 months in a new American Oak cask with a #3 char. It was transferred into an Arette Tequila cask to finish for just over 10 months.
