Wine casks have a long history in European whiskeys, but this is a new phenomenon
within the American whiskey world. Always on the hunt for new ways to find unique flavors, this
addition of deep, dark fruits plays exceptionally well with our rich, vibrant single malt whiskey.
This whiskey was finished for an additional nine months in ruby port casks after aging for three
years in freshly charred American oak.
Baked rhubarb, dark cherry, allspice, fruitcake. Robust flavors and lively balance of European and American oak.
This is our evening whiskey. Enjoyed with fine conversation or a cigar, if so desired.
