From the Distiller:
Rye has always been an essential Grain for Zuidam Distillers. Rye is packed with flavour and makes for interesting distillates. We use it for our Genevers, our rye whisky and now for our vodka. Distilling vodka from leftover wheat and rye grain is a centuries-old tradition. Wheat gave a clean, crisp distillate and Rye provided a more interesting rich flavour profile.
Our father distilled this vodka from rye for his own use and in his honor we now bring you this special vodka.
