Guyanan funk in abundance, dirty, smelly and wonderful. Molasses, caramel, honey and fresh dug soil with the merest hint of fruit hiding in terror from the Funk.
Palate:
Like a mouthful of molasses and sailors’ tears. Liquorice, white pepper and just the vaguest hint of vanilla. A really weighty rum that sits heavily in the mouth.
Finish:
Pepper, white, black and pink. Really hot with a very undelicate molasses punch.
