Colour: Yellow Grapefruit.
Nose: Sweet delicate vanilla, light floral, cereal notes with a touch of wood polish.
Palate: Syrup sponge meets ginger nuts. Surprisingly mouth coating with spicy vanilla and a hint of fresh cut hay.
Finish: Long for its age. White pepper plays along with oak and barley sugar.
