From the distiller:
Distilled in 2011, the spirit was entirely matured in 1st fill Barbaresco Hogsheads. This bottling is from eight of those, cask numbers 51, 52, 53,54, 55, 56, 57, 58 and bottling took place on 3rd of July 2023, yielding just 2,921 bottles.
No artificial colour has been added during bottling. The colour of the whisky reflects only the natural impact from the casks during maturation. Due to no chill filtration, this whisky may turn cloudy when stored in a cool place. It is both more full bodied and full flavoured.
