Nose: Vibrant bursts of strawberry coulis, heather honey and dark chocolate, with hints of molasses, cinnamon and plum jam.
Taste: Lashings of maraschino cherries, treacle and espresso ice cream, followed by honeycomb, dark chocolate and butterscotch.
