Tasting note from distillery:
Nose- Sweet, with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty, with fresh green apples coming through.
Taste- Clean. Green apples and grass, soft oak and a hint of sweet licorice. Water brings linseed oil and almonds.
Finish- Sweet and malty.
