From the distiller:
The basis of this whisky is malt from Bruntal Malthouse, heavily smoked to approximately 30 PPM. We fermented the wort with distillery yeast and then distilled it twice and as slowly as possible. Finally, we filled the new make into heavily charred European winter oak casks made in the Czech Republic. We bottle the peated whisky at 45% ABV. It is our youngest whisky, but it is never aged for less than four years.
