A blend of High West's signature straight bourbon and rye whiskeys, finished in The Prisoner Red Blend wine barrels
Nose: Cherry blossom, pomegranate, macerated prunes, dried violets, ginger beer, dark mead, toasted cedar chips.
Taste: Honey-roasted figs, apricot jam on grilled brioche, black pepper, coconut pound cake, French oak spice, caramel drizzled over blood orange clices.
Finish: A bold but inviting finish of cold brew coffee, berry creme brulee and roasted pecans.
