When the Vinha Pan grapes are harvested, a hyperoxygenation is carried out, thus avoiding the addition of sulfates. Afterwards, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature and finally ages in 500-liter oak barrels. Before bottling, it is clarified and filtered.
With aromas of licorice and hints of fruit tanginess, this wine shows licorice and minerals on the palate with a long finish of berries.
Pair with duck, wild boar and red meets. Drink 2018-2034.
