CASK TYPE: 20% first fill bourbon. 25% first fill sherry. 55% refill casks.
AGE: 15YO
NOSE: Fresh Hay, Malt Flour, Rosehip, Citrus and dried fruit
PALATE: Clean with a gentle sweetness, a hint of tropical fruit, candied lemon, cinnamon, vanilla and apple pie.
FINISH: Pleasant dry finish with gentle spice and lingering oak.
