Tasting Notes:
Nose: Herbaceous to begin then baking spices with candied apples and browned butter come to the fore, dried candied fruit
Palate: Continues to be warming and welcoming with apple pie fresh from the oven, toasted oats, melted milk chocolate, and the sweetness of dried papaya and dried apple
Finish: Long and sweet with dried pineapple and almond paste
