From the Distillery:
A swirl of 79% rye and 21% wheat whisky, aged 3-4 years in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in 3 distinct casks: toasted oak for soft vanilla, amburana for warm cinnamon spice, and tawny port for that rich raisin and brown sugar depth. The result is a whisky that tastes like a warm, gooey cinnamon bun. On the nose, it's vanilla frosting and toasted raisin bread. The palate follows with cinnamon sugar and ground clove. It's rich, decadent and feels like tearing into a fluffy cinnamon bun, still hot from the overn.
