From the winery:
Vintage notes: the very dry weather that anticipated the 2019 harvesting period, registering precipitations up to 60% below the historic average, led to very small berries and lower yields. This led to concentrated and structured grapes and fantastic sanitary conditions at the vineyards, producing wines of great expression and vibrancy.
Ageing notes: all red wines are aged in French oak casks of 2000-6000 liters as single vineyard wines. During the ageing process, winemaker Hubert Weber selects casks composing a terroir blend of Cabernet Franc from different vineyards. The ageing period of 2 1/2 years confers depth and style to the wines, reflected in its sous-bois notes combined with dry raspberry and sour cherries.
