Apricot and tangerine are supported by a white floral note and an undercurrent of spice. The tangerine and apricot translate onto the attack and through the expansive and rich mid-palate with mango, spice, and
orange carrying through the long textural finish.
Pad thai, lamb tagine with apricots, or buttery cheeses would all work well with this versatile wine.
