Disilled in 2012, the spirit was entirely matured in 1st fill Sauternes Hogsheads. This bottling is from eight of those, cask numbers 175, 176, 177, 178, 181, 182, 190, 192 and bottling took place on 17th of May 2023, yielding just 2695 bottles.
UN-CHILLFILTERED AND NATURAL COLOUR
No artificial colour has been added during bottling. The colour of the whisky reflects only the natural impact from the casks during maturation. Due to no chill filtration, this whisky may turn cloudy when stored in a cool place. It is both more full bodied and full flavoured.
